It is not mandatory for students to wear a specific uniform. All students must be in practical clothing that is easy to move in, appropriate footwear (trainers) with long hair tied back. If your child arrives to class in clothing that isn’t suitable or their hair not tied up, they unfortunately will not be able to participate in our class.

Skirts, denim, crocs, sandals or school uniform are not allowed.

It is crucial that student bring all their words and lyrics with them each week in order for sessions to run smoothly.

All students taking part in our end of year showcase (street dance & theatre classes) will be required to wear one of our theatre school t-shirts, plain black sports shorts or cycling shorts and PLAIN black trainers with trainer socks that can't be seen past the shoe. All long hair must be slicked back into a pony tail using gel/ hairspray where necessary.

You can order your uniform directly through your portal/ app and will be given out to the students in class.

'FUTURE THE SHOWCASE'

Join Luna as she invites us aboard her very own Time Machine for an adventure into the future! But things may not go as planned and we risk being pulled back into the past... Will Luna be able to guide us safely to our destination? A futuristic spectacle, showcasing the students’ hard work over the past year through song, dance and acting.

ALL theatre & street dance students will take part in this.

STUDENT REQUIREMENTS & COSTUME:

Students will be required on show day at the theatre from around 1pm - 8pm. Under no circumstances are students allowed to leave during this time and no parents are permitted backstage under any circumstance.

We provide all costume for students however we require you to provide the base layer. ALL students taking part are required to wear one of our theatre school t-shirts, plain black sports shorts or cycling shorts and PLAIN black trainers with trainer socks that can't be seen past the shoe. All long hair must be slicked back into a pony using gel/ hairspray where necessary.

Exact timings and what students will be required to bring will be given closer to the show.

Show Recording: Our productions are recorded for parents to purchase to afterwards. Unfortunately everyone participating in our show will be in this recording. It is a condition of taking part of our theatre school that students will be featured. It is strictly prohibited for videos, clips or photographs of this recording to be shared on social media. Due to the nature of the recordings, we are unable to edit students out.

Students will be invoiced monthly via email and by simply clicking on your portal, you can pay it in full. Monthly payment plans are also available.

Our Sessions are currently £5.50 per session.

If there is an increase in payment, you will be informed with at least 1 months notice.

Payments for our show team will be invoiced slightly before the starting term via email and by simply clicking on your portal, you can pay it in full. Monthly payment plans are also available upon request.

These payments will be in three instalments throughout the year; Autumn, Winter and Spring.

Exact costings and fees for this class will vary depending upon the chosen production. This will be an all inclusive cost covering all rehearsals, costumes, scripts, licensing, set, etc.

Should you miss the payment deadline on your invoice, you'll have a 24-hour grace period to submit payment. If payment isn't received within this timeframe, a £5 late fee will be promptly applied to your account. Furthermore, for each subsequent week past the deadline, an additional £5 will be charged.

Please note that failure to make payment by the deadline could lead to termination of your enrollment at our theatre school.

Auto Pay is an option that lets you save your bank card to your account, and three days before the invoice is due, the payment will be automatically processed. This ensures you never miss a payment, giving you peace of mind!

To activate this, log into your portal on the internet (not the app), select ' ', then profile, then settings. Once on this page select 'Payment cards' and here you can store your card and make sure to select 'yes' under auto pay to active this option.
