It is not mandatory for students to wear a specific uniform. All students must be in practical clothing that is easy to move in, appropriate footwear (trainers) with long hair tied back. If your child arrives to class in clothing that isn’t suitable or their hair not tied up, they unfortunately will not be able to participate in our class.

Skirts, denim, crocs, sandals or school uniform are not allowed.

It is crucial that student bring all their words and lyrics with them each week in order for sessions to run smoothly.

Uniform is available to order from the link below. Our theatre T-Shirts are recommend to purchase to wear for our end of year showcase. If not, you will be required to provide a plain black T-shirt.

Saturday 6th July 2024: Theatre & Street Dance Showcase

Awards Week: 8th - 10th July 2024 during usual class times

At the end of each year we create a stunning showcase to display our students hard work which will be taking place on Saturday 6th July 2024, 6pm at Nottingham Playhouse! Your child will be participating in this show and will be required on show day from around 1pm - 8pm in order for us to run our dress rehearsal. Under no circumstances can students leave the theatre during these times and no parents are permitted backstage. More information will be given closer to the time.

Students are also required in every rehearsal/ class for the final week before the show as this is crucial rehearsal time us.

This years showcase is called: IMAGINATION

“Follow the story of Dolly as her imagination explodes right in front of her eyes. The true depth of the imagination can take you to some wonderful places, But be warned, the imagination can be a dark place… a true spectacle showcasing our students hard work over the past year through song, dance and acting pieces.”

Tickets will go on sale directly from Nottingham Playhouse' website on Friday 3rd May 2024 at 10am.

Tickets: £17 each

Show Recording: Our productions are recorded for parents to purchase to afterwards. Unfortunately everyone participating in our show will be in this recording. It is a condition of taking part of our theatre school that students will be featured. It is strictly prohibited for videos, clips or photographs of this recording to be shared on social media. Due to the nature of the recordings, we are unable to edit students out.

Students will be invoiced monthly via email and by simply clicking on your portal, you can pay it in full. Monthly payment plans are also available.

Our Sessions are currently £5.50 per session.

If there is an increase in payment, you will be informed with at least 1 months notice.

Payments for our show team will be invoiced slightly before the starting term via email and by simply clicking on your portal, you can pay it in full. Monthly payment plans are also available to help spread this cost via direct debit.

These payments will be in three instalments throughout the year; Autumn, Spring and Summer.

Exact costings and fees for this class will vary depending upon the chosen production. This will be an all inclusive cost covering all rehearsals, costumes, scripts, licensing, set, etc.

Should you miss the payment deadline on your invoice, you'll have a 24-hour grace period to submit payment. If payment isn't received within this timeframe, a £5 late fee will be promptly applied to your account. Furthermore, for each subsequent week past the deadline, an additional £5 will be charged.

Please note that failure to make payment by the deadline could lead to termination of your enrollment at our theatre school.
